Fully aware of the current situation of the NITRAMONIA industrial platform, in Fagaras, the Authority for State Assets Recovery is pressing to conclude, as soon as possible, the privatization of the five companies issued for privatization.

To this purpose, the negotiation commission, after analyzing the participation documents, decided to allow both bidders to take part in the negotiations for the privatization of: S.C. NITROFERTILIZER S.A., S.C. NITROEXPLOSIVES S.A., S.C. NITROCONTROL S.A., S.C. NITROSERVICE S.A. and S.C. NITROTRANS S.A.

Currently, the privatization commission is negotiating, in parallel, with both bidders, NITROGÉNMÜVEK Rt. Hungary and S.C. AGROSEM S.A. Timisoara.

Mr. Laszlo Gyerko, AVAS vicepresident for privatization state that “we want to assure all those concerned about the five companies on the NITRAMONIA industrial platform, that AVAS wishes to conclude, as soon as possible, the negotiations necessary for their privatization, thus solving their difficult situation.”
